Bulldogs forward Adam Elliott is being investigated over an incident in a Gold Coast restaurant.
Nine's Danny Weidler reports, the second-rower is under investigation for his behaviour at the venue over the weekend.
There was no breach of the game's biosecurity protocols, with the restaurant an approved venue by the NRL.
It is understood Elliott was asked to leave the establishment yesterday afternoon after drinking with teammates.
The NRL and the club were made aware of the incident this morning.
Earlier this year, Elliott vowed to seek professional help for an alcohol problem after a string of off-field issues.
MORE TO COME.
