Good morning and welcome to Wide World of Sports' live blog of day six of the Beijing Winter Olympics.

Nine Australians are set to compete today, starting with Brendan Kerry in the men's free skating final at 12.30pm (AEDT). Kerry was one of Australia's flag-bearers for the opening ceremony.

Nicholas Timmings will feature in the men's skeleton final at the same time as Kerry's competition.

Four Australians will then take to men's snowboard cross seeding at 2.15pm, in Cameron Bolton, Adam Lambert, Adam Dickson and Jarryd Hughes.

Next up on the Australian schedule are cross-country skiers Jessica Yeaton and Casey Wright, who'll shoot for gold in the women's 10km classic from 6pm.

And rounding out the day's Australian action will be Breeana Walker in the women's monobob qualifying from 8.55pm.
