Florida Woman Accused Of Throwing Cat Locked In Crate Into River

OAK HILL (CBSMiami/CNN) – The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Florida pistillate accused of throwing a feline locked successful a crate into a river.

Christa Anne Thistle, 53, has been charged with carnal cruelty and elemental assault.
