Be on notice. South Miami has a full service police department. Their officers write tickets instead of warnings and offer up free mobile eye exams for citizens. Some weeks you can’t win. My son got THREE tickets from a South Miami Police officer. He wasn’t doing anything wrong other than getting the household some milk at midnight. It isn’t his fault we thought of getting milk in the aftermath
