From a press release:
"Democratic gubernatorial candidate [and state Chief Financial Officer] Alex Sink today announced that she raised more than $1.6 million in the third fundraising quarter of 2009, bringing her year-to-date total to over $4 million.
Sink's 3rd-quarter total represents her strongest fundraising quarter since launching her gubernatorial candidacy earlier this year and is the most money raised on record by a Democratic candidate for governor of Florida thirteen months before voters head to the polls.
Sink ended the quarter with nearly $3.6 million cash-on-hand."
Wow. It took her less time to talk about finances than her stance on ObamaCare.
Now, why isn't Attorney General Bill McCollum, her Republican rival, boasting? Was he outraised? Or is he still counting the cash?
