Attorney Bill Scherer filed his lawsuit today in Broward suing disgraced attorney Scott Rothstein, a few employees at the firm and TD Bank, among others. We are sifting through 300-some pages of documents, but here is our favorite Rothstein phrase so far:
"Ciao ciao, Money never sleeps motherfucker 
That's how Rothstein signed an email Oct. 6 to a couple of individuals he was trying to lure into investing with him.
