Daily Kos: Senate Primary: Charlie Crist 30, Marco Rubio, 58.

"Other polling has shown Rubio blowing past Crist, so that's not so much news," Kos notes, adding that it further broke down the numbers by whether respondents believed Obama was born in the United States or not: Obama born in US: Rubio: 23, Crist: 66. Obama not born in the US: Rubio: 74, Crist: 8.

"In other words, Crist dominates the sane GOP wing, but given that 2/3rds is buying into the Obama 'birther' conspiracy theory, or is seriously considering it, Rubio has the clear and easy path to the GOP nomination."

But the poll suggests trouble for Rubio among independents, with a rise in his unfavorability ratings from November to 22 to 36.

"Meek is still invisible," Kos says. "But Rubio is now well into net-negative territory. And particularly disturbing for him, that fall has come from independents, going from 18/21/61 last November, to 26/38/36. Independents aren't liking what they see from him. It would be nice if Meek improved on his numbers, but at this point, he's the only candidate left with a net-positive favorability rating."
