Lucie Tondreau is a force to be reckoned with in the Haitian American Community. The Biscayne Times has an excellent biographical article on Tondreau by Kathy Glasgow. I know it is excellent because I am quoted TWICE in the article. The photo on their site of her is also much better. Tondreau actually had the cohones to go after Dorrin Rolle’s County Commission seat in 2002. She got the Herald
