The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at the Lyric Theater, 819 N.W. 2nd Avenue, Miami, Florida. The hearing will begin as an open house from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a formal presentation at 6:30 p.m.
