Florida Department of Law Enforcement spokeswoman Kristen Chernosky said today that the agency's investigation into the complaints of Florida Power & Light whistle blowers — as referenced in a letter to company executives on Tuesday — is still active.

"We are aware of the letter, however our review remains active,'' she told the Herald/Times in a statement. "AS such, we are not able to comment on the allegations at this time."
