Gov. Charlie Crist has released his second attack ad against Senate rival Marco Rubio. This one seeks to link the former House Speaker to his disgraced successor, Ray Sansom.  The ad says Rubio has been subpoenad !!!??? — seeking comment from Rubio campaign.

UPDATE: Looks like by subpoena the Crist campaign is referring to the one Rubio got in the Sansom case, not the current investigation into GOP spending.
