Gov. Charlie Crist doesn't have the authority to name a replacement to the Public Service Comission, now that Katrina McMurrian has resigned her seat, effective today, so he's asking the nominating council to give him three names immediately. If the nominating council supplies him with the names of Klement and Stevens, he can appoint them to fill the term.
