Great video I recently stumbled upon from Deadline BMX visit to Miami earlier this year. Better late than never.

We will be riding though Downtown, Allapatah, Wynwood, Little Haiti and Midtown. 11.9 miles total.
Please read these guidelines to know what is expected of all participants on this ride. Ride safe.
We will be leaving at 7pm sharp. If you arrive late you will be left behind. The route is available here, it’s recommended you print a copy of the map for yourself in case you are tardy. The ride starts & ends at Government Center.
Don’t forget to bring bicycle lights! It’s the law.

Note: On the last leg of our ride we will be stopping at BAR (formerly PS14) for cheap BBQ and drinks. The group will pause there, those wishing to remain to eat, drink and hangout will stay. Those who wish to return to Government Center (just 1 mile away) will be guided back.
When stopping outside the BAR please clear the road and do not obstruct traffic!
Bicycles are allowed inside BAR!
They will have BBQ ready in the patio. $3 burgers & $2 hot dogs (vegetarian-friendly). They also will have $1 off all beers and well drinks for cyclists until midnight. Free pool table too. They are offering these specials specifically for Miami Critical Mass.

This should be fun, last year’s race was cool. My highlights included riding through a trailer park after a missed turn and throwing my bike over a wall in someone’s back yard while some dude yelled at me to get off his property. Fun times, until I got a flat and walked back to the finish.

Forget the car this time–the Green Mobility Network will sponsor a FREE Bike Valet for secure bicycle parking. Riders can freely tour the galleries and those who wish to ride back to Government Center in a group will meet at a designated spot to be announced at the ride.”
