To testify. The former senator, who chairs the Commission on the Prevention of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferation and Terrorism, is testifying today before the Senate Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs Committee as well as the Terrorism and Homeland Security Subcommittee which is looking into "strengthening security and oversight at biological research laboratories."
